He sets this up by feeding anything other than the color you need to win. The extra bubbles disappear when the game ends, so if it only took 2 shots to clear the board, you lose the other 8 bubbles you “bought”. Many of the puzzles cannot be won without buying additional bubbles at a cost of 10 shots for 10 coins.
